基于“互联网+”的土地整治模式研究

The Mode of Land Consolidation Based on Internet Plus

通过问卷调查的方法了解现行土地整治机构信息化方面的不足,针对土地整治工作不同方面提出网络信息系统方案来构建新型的土地整治模式,探索"互联网+"时代下土地整治的新模式。结果表明,当前土地整治工作整体信息化程度不高,应当构建全新的土地整治模式。从信息交互、资金管理、项目管理和监管监测等四个方面提出网络信息系统方案,构建土地整治的"互联网+"模式。

The new mode of land consolidation based on the intemet plus is explored. The main method used is knowing dificients of current mode of land consolidation in informatization through questionnaires and proposing scheme of establishing information system to achieve the new land consolidation mode. Results show that current land consolidation is not highly informationized,needing to build a whole new mode. Conclusion is that through four internet system schemes consist of information interaction,finance management,project control and supervision,we can build a land consolidation mode based on internet plus.
