摘要
研究白花败酱(Patrinia villosa)茶食两用产品的制作工艺,以白花败酱为原料,通过选料、沸水杀青、除水、抽风失水、短截定形、揉捻、烘干等工艺加工成茶状产品,既可作茶用,又可作食用,实现了苦菜工业化加工。
This processing technology uses Patrinia villosa as raw material and processes into tea-shaped products through choosing material,green-killing treatment,removing water,inducing draft, shaping in short,rolling and drying. The final production can be used for tea and food after all those above processes.
