摘要
笔者对AZ80镁合金试样分别在0.001S^(-1)、0.1S^(-1)、10S^(-1)、1320S^(-1)、2020S^(-1)、3100S^(-1)六个应变率下进行冲击试验,金相显微镜对其进行金相组织观察,主要观察不同加载条件下AZ80镁合金的晶粒形貌,包括晶粒变形、尺寸及剪切带等。采用origin软件对试验数据进行处理,作出相应的曲线,研究其变化规律,分析应变速率、应力、应变等条件对AZ80镁合金组织与性能的影响,分析塑性变形过程中组织演变的规律和力学性能之间的关系。
