摘要
基于模拟退火算法,提出一种新的堆积体三维重建方法,并将其应用于堆积体的颗粒流模拟,针对整个过程自行开发堆积体三维重建程序TRSA,可实现从堆积体数字图像到三维模型的快速重建,为堆积体三维细观模型的建立拓展了思路,也为其力学行为的模拟提供了新的建模方法。最后,运用三轴压缩试验对其力学特性进行研究。研究表明,堆积体表现出典型的全应力-应变曲线特征。数值试验获取力学参数不仅简便易行,同时为堆积体力学参数的选取提供了新的途径和依据。数值模拟反映出的规律与原位试验结果相一致。
Based on the simulated Annealing algorithm a new 3D reconstruction method of an accumulation body was put forward and it was applied to simulate the grain flow of the accumulation body. The 3D reconstruction program TRSA of the accumulation body self-developed according to the complete process can implement quick reconstruction of the 3D model from the digital image of the accumulation body, thus helping to develop a new train of thought of constructing a 3D micro model of the accumulation body and providing a new model construction method to simulate its mechanical behavior as well. Finally the triaxial compression test was used to study its mechanical characteristics. The study indicates that the accumulation body displays its typical complete stress-strain curve characteristics. The way of acquiring mechanical parameters by digital test is not only simple and easy to do but provides a new approach and basis to select the mechanical parameters of the accumulation body. The law reflected from the numerical simulation is in consistent with the in-situ test results.
