The cause of 2# CDQ boiler tube bursting in Coking Plant of Xinyu Iron ＆ Steel is analyzed. Its preventive measures are also given, such as by stabilizing the boiler operation, improving chemical dosing,controlling demineralized water quality and periodically doing maintenance for the boiler,so that the CDQ unit can run in a stable manner.
