介绍了7. 63m推焦机手动卸放余煤的操作步骤,分析放余煤操作的连锁条件,通过编写程序实现自动控制放余煤操作,可消除安全隐患,提高工作效率和自动化控制水平。

Manual unloading spillage coal procedures for 7.63m coke oven pusher machine are introduced. Interlock conditions of unloading the spillage coal are also analyzed in this paper. Automatic spillage coal unloading operation can be realized by writing program for elimination of hidden danger as well as for higher working efficiency and automation level.
