蒸汽加热器替代管式炉在粗苯单元的应用

Application of steam heater replacing tubular furnace in crude benzol distillation unit

采用蒸汽加热器替代管式炉作为粗苯单元的加热设备,对比了2种加热方式的运行和维护、设备投资、施工成本等。结果表明蒸汽加热器优于管式炉,提升了安全性能和环保水平,适宜在粗苯单元中应用。

Steam heater replacing tubular furnace in crude benzol distillation unit is introduced in this paper. Two types of heating are compared in aspects of operation, maintenance, equipment investment and construction cost, etc.. The result shows that the steam heater is superior to the tubular furnace in safety performance and environmental level, so it is suitable for the crude benzol distillation unit.
