摘要
与传统的多输入多输出系统(MIMO)相比,由于大规模MIMO系统基站端配备了大量天线,其能量效率和频谱效率都有了显著的提高.然而大规模MIMO也意味着基站端需要安装大量的射频(RF)链路,从而大大提高了系统成本和系统功耗,因此天线选择技术可以成为降低大规模MIMO系统成本和功耗的潜在解决方案之一.本文研究了大规模MIMO系统中发射天线选择技术,通过结合和改进现有的两种天线选择基准的算法,在综合考虑大规模MIMO系统性能和复杂度的前提下提出了一种新型发射天线选择算法.通过分析仿真结果:可以得知提出的新型发射天线选择通过牺牲少量的复杂度,提升了多用户大规模MIMO系统的频谱效率,并可以看出,本文所提的天线选择算法更适用于低SNR的情况,更适合实际的通信系统.
Compared to the traditional Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) systems, the Massive MIMO systems can provide large gains in energy efficiency and spectral efficiency due to the large number of antennas at the base station. However, Massive MIMO mean large scale Ra dio Frequency (RF) chains which significantly increase the system cost and power consumption. Therefore antenna selection scheme becomes a potential solution in order to reduce the system cost and power consumption. In this paper, we investigate the Transmit Antenna Selection (TAS) technologies through the combination of the improved two existing antenna selection schemes. A novel TAS scheme is proposed comprehensively considering the system performance and the complexity in Massive MIMO system. The analyzed simulation results show that the proposed algorithm could reduce the complexity and improve the spectral efficiency of multi users in Massive MIMO. In addition, it could be suitable for the low Signal Norise Ratio(SNR) condition n the practical communication system.
