妊娠期高血压问题是妊娠过程中最常见的一种临床情况,是孕期和围产期孕妇和新生儿死亡、致残的重要原因。随着中国二胎政策的全面开放,大量高龄、高危孕妇出现,妊娠期高血压成为医学及社会问题,亟待解决。过去几年有关研究有明显进展,现对有关进展做一综述。

Hypertension in pregnancy is a common clinical problem that is associated with high mortality and disability rates in pregnant and perinatal women and neonates.It is also the important risk factor for premature delivery,and causes fetal growth restriction.There was significant progress in relative research in last decade.This article provides a brief overview on current advance.
