壮瑶药创新与产业化技术平台建设的理论与实践研究

Theory and Practice of Technology Platform Establishment for Innovation and Industrialization on Zhuang and Yao Ethnic Medicine

本文通过对狗肝菜、火炭母、锡叶藤、鹞鹰风、倒丁风等广西壮瑶药进行质量评价的研究，构建壮瑶药品种整理和质量标准研究平台；通过对狗肝菜、火炭母进行化学成分的提取及有效物质的筛选，明确了药效物质基础，构建药效物质基础研究与活性提取物开发技术平台；通过对狗肝菜、火炭母等的抗肝损伤药效物质的筛选及评价，明确量效、构效及时效的关系，构建壮瑶药新药的，临床前药效学评价的技术平台；通过对人才培养模式的探讨，构建了壮瑶药人才培养技术平台。

The paper focused on the quality evaluation of Zhuang and Yao Materia Medicine inGuangxi, including Dicliptera Chinensis, Polygonum Chinense, Tetracera Asiatica, Tetrapanax Papyri fetus and Sageretia Thea, so as to establish the research platform of variety arrangement andquality standard of Zhuang and Yao Ethnic Medicine. Moreover, the paper also focused on the extraction of chemical components and the screening of efective substances of Dicliptera Chinensis andPolygonum Chinense, which has clarified the efficacy substance basis as well as established the technology platform of efficacy substance basis research and active extract development. Furthermore,the paper focused on the screening and evaluation of effective substances of anti hepatic injury in Dicliptera Chinensis and Polygonum Chinense, which has clarified the relationship of quantity effect,structure effect and time effect, established the technology platfotto for preclinical pharmacodynamics evaluation of novel drugs of Zhuang and Yao Ethnic Medicine. In addition, the paper focused on thepersonnel training mode, so as to set up the technology platform for talent cultivation of Zhuang and Yao Ethnic Medicine.
