摘要
目的:壮药毛蒟生药学鉴别研究。方法:原植物鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别。结果:多年生攀缘藤本,揉之有香,幼枝被柔软的短毛,老时脱落。叶互生,卵状披针形或卵形,雌雄异株;茎扁圆柱形,叶多皱缩,叶基部两边有毛茸,叶柄密生短毛;类多角形表皮细胞1列,可见刚毛和非腺毛。内皮层凯氏点明显。木化纤维束3-6列,外韧型维管束7-11个,可见中柱鞘纤维。髓部宽广,可见2-3个外韧型异常维管束。薄壁细胞中可见大量淀粉粒、草酸钙砂晶和小方晶。以环己烷三氯甲烷丙酮甲酸(8:4:1:0.15)为展开剂,以10%磷钼酸溶液为显色剂,供试品与对照药材显相同颜色的斑点。结论:以上特征明显、稳定,可作为壮药毛蒟生药学鉴别依据。
Objective: The paper focused on the study on pharmacognosy identification of Piper puberulun Herba. Methods: There were four methods for identification applied in the study, including original plant identification, morphological identification, microscopic identification and thin layer identification. Results: It is the perennial climbing vine with fragrance after rubbing, and its sprout is covered by soft short hairs, which is glabreseent when old. The leaf arrangement is alternate with ovate laneeolate or ovoid shape in dioeeism. The stem is flat eylinder-like, and the leaf is shrinking with piles in both sides of leaf base and short hairs in the petiole. It was observed that there was a line ofpolygonal like epidermic cells with bristles and nonglandular hairs. The casparian dots of endodermis were obvious. There were lignified fiber bundles of 3 to 6 and collateral vascular bundles of 7 to 11, with pericyclic fibers. The medulla was wide with ectophloic-typed abnormal vascular bundles of 2 to 3. There were abundant starch grains, calcium oxalate sand crystals and tiny crystals within the parenchymal cells. Taking Cyclohexane-trichloromethan-aceton-formic acid (8 : 4 : 1 : 0.15) as the developing solvent and 10% phosphomolybdate solvent as the colo-developing Piperis Puberi Herba was showed the same as the control sample. Conclusion: The are obvious and stable, which can provide the evidence puberulum Herba. ag ch ent, the color of aracteristics above for the pharmacognosy identification on Piper
