摘要
目的:壮药小黄草生药学鉴别研究。方法:原植物鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、鉴别四大鉴别法。结果:多年附生草本,茎圆柱形,叶纸质,无柄,萼囊短、钝,花瓣椭圆形;切面类圆形,表皮细胞较小,类长方形,排列紧密,外被金黄色角质层;以石油醚乙酸乙酯冰薄层茎横醋酸(8:3:4d)为展开剂,以10%硫酸乙醇溶液为显色剂,供试品与对照药材显相同颜色的斑点。结论:以上特征明显、稳定,可作为壮药小黄草的生药学鉴别依据。
Objective: The paper focused on the study on pharmacognosy identification of Dendrobii Loddigesii Caulis. Methods: There were four methods for identification applied in the study, including original plant identification, morphological identification, microscopic identification and thinlayer identification. Results: As the perennial epiphytes, it has the cylinder shaped stem, paper-like leaf without petioles, short blunt mentum and oval like petal It was observed that the stem transection was round like, of which the closed reetangle-like small epidermic cells were surrounded by the golden cuticula. Taking petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-aeetic acid (8 : 3 : 4 d) as the developing solvent and 10%ethanol solution of sulfuric acid as the eolor-developing agent, the color of Dendrobii Loddigesii Caulis was showed the same as the control sample. Conclusion: The characteristics above are obvious and stable, which can provide the evidence for the pharmacognosy identification on Dendrobii Loddigesii Caulis.
