摘要
目的:测定广西不同产地锡叶藤根总黄酮的含量,为提高其质量标准提供依据。方法:采用50%乙醇热回流提取锡叶藤根中的总黄酮,以NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH为显色系统,芦丁为对照品进行含量测定。结果:建立了锡叶藤根总黄酮的含量测定方法,广西不同产地锡叶藤根药材总黄酮含量为11.35-23.35mg/g,平均含量为17.64mg/g。结论:该方法重复性和稳定性良好,具有简便、快速、灵敏的特点,可以作为定量测定方法。
Objective: This study focused Tetraeerae Asiatieae Radix from different origins on determining the content of total flavonoids of in Guangxi, so as to provide the experimental basis for its quality standard improvement. Methods: Taking NaNO2 A1 (NO3)3 NaOH as the color order system, the content of total flavonoids which was extracted from Tetracerae Asiaticae Radix by hot reflux extraction with 50% ethanol was determined by comparing with rutin. Results: The method for determining the content of its total flavonoids was established. The content of total flavonoids from different origins in Guangxi was from 11.35 to 21.35 rag/g, and its average content was 17.64 mg/g. Conclusion: With good repeatability and stability, the method, featured as eas-praetiee, as well as high rate and sensitivity, can be applied for the quantitative determination.
