基于创业人才培养的高校思政教学研究

Ideological and Political Education Research in Colleges and Universities Based on the Cultivation of Entrepreneurial Talents

高校毕业人数只增不减是当前高校就业情势的基本形态。对于大学生而言,就业人数不减,但社会上的高质量职位招聘人数却在逐渐减少,因此为了稳定自身的就业方向,也本着刺激国家产业优化更新的基本目标。高校便会以开通创业课程的形式,试图利用高校教育优势培养出更多能够投身到创业进程中的学生。本文针对创业教育中的思想教育而言,选择将思想政治教育作为主要的切入点,首先分析了创业教育与思政教育的概念,后针对思政教育以创业人才培养为目标的必要性,最终则分析了融合性教育方法的实施路径。望文中内容能够为各个高校环境中的思想政治教育人员提供一些创业人才培养方面的参考素材。

The increasing number of college graduates is the basic form of employment situation. For college students, the num- ber of employment is not decreasing, but the number of high - quality job recruitment in society is gradually decreasing. Therefore, in order to stabilize their employment direction, the basic goal of stimulating national industrial optimization and renewal is also followed. Colleges and universities will open courses in the form of entrepreneurship, trying to take advantage of the uni- versity education to cultivate more students who can join in the process of entrepreneurship. In this paper, ideological and political education is selected as the main entry point. Firstly, the concepts of entrepreneurial education, ideological and political education are analyzed, and then the necessity of ideological and political education aiming at cultivating entrepreneurial talents is also analyzed. Finally, the implementation path of the integrated education method is analyzed. It is hoped that this paper can provide some reference for the ideological and political education in various colleges and universities.
