高职师范类专业人才培养与就业需求对接的调查研究——以粤西三校数学教育专业为例

Investigation on the Interface between the Cultivation of Higher Vocational Professional Teachers and Their Employment Demands——Take Three Colleges' Mathematics Education Major in West Guangdong as an Example

近三年通过对粤西三校高职数学师范毕业生的调查,指出高职师范生人才培养与就业需求之间存在着较大的供需矛盾,导致高职师范毕业生就业面临着严峻的现实困境和挑战,其主要原因是人才培养目标和模式与社会就业市场需求有一定偏差,高职师范生的实践能力和综合能力较弱,不能满足就业市场实际需求等诸多问题。为此,针对存在的问题,高职院校必须高度重视师范类人才培养与就业需求的有效对接策略,从课程设置、学生综合能力培养以及学生就业观念等方面加以改革,充分促进高职师范毕业生的就业。

In the past three years, by investigating the graduates of higher vocational mathematics teachers of three colleges in west Guangdong, we found that there is a huge contradiction between the cultivation of higher vocational normal students and employment demands, which cause a great plight and challenges in the employment of higher vocational normal graduates. The main reasons are as follows ： （1）there is a certain deviation between the objectives and modes of talent training and the demand of the employment market ;（2）The practical ability and comprehensive ability of normal college students are weak, which cannot meet the practical needs of the employment market. Therefore, in order to solve this dilemma, higher vocational colleges must attach great importance to the effective docking strategy for the training of teachers and the needs of employment. We should reform the curriculum, enhance the training of students＇ comprehensive ability and change the concept of students＇ employment so as to fully promote the employment of graduates from higher vocational colleges.
