精准思维视域下高校基层党组织学业帮扶模式探索研究——以山东大学(威海)空间科学与物理学院为例

针对高校学业帮扶内容笼统、效果不突出、管理不完善等问题,通过在基层党组织创建"学科营"学业精准帮扶模式,从帮扶对象精准识别、圈层帮扶精准发力、帮扶成效动态跟踪三个方面发挥学生党员以优带弱的先锋模范作用,对高校提高学业帮扶质量、促进学风建设具有重要意义。

In view- of the problems that the content of academic help is general, the effect is not outstanding and its managenlent is imperfect in colleges and universities, through the establishment of a ＂discipline camp＂ model of precise assistance in the grass - roots party organizations, the student Party members are given the advantage and weak vanguard to help poor students from such three aspects as the accurate identification of the assisting objects, the precise force of the circle of assisting, and the dynamic tracking of the effectiveness. Their exemplary role is of great significance for improving the quality of academic support and promoting the style of study in colleges and universities.
