Feasibility Analysis of Starting a Leisure Service and Management Program under the Background of Leisure Tourism——Taking Changzhou Tourism and Trade Branch of Jiangsu Union Technical Institute as an Example

Leisure tourism is becoming more and more popular, and more and more professionals are required to plan, organize and operate leisure tourism activities. This paper first analyzes the feasibility of starting a leisure service and management pro- gram considering the development of local tourism, aging population, and the great market potential of leisure services, and then illustrates the advantages, general framework and objectives of a leisure service and management program in Changzhou Tourism and Trade Branch of Jiangsu Union Technical Institute.
