DT时代下高校档案服务信息化建设深析

A Deep Analysis on the Informatization Construction of University Archives Services in the Era of DT

在IT时代向DT时代的演变过程中,物联网、移动互联网、云计算等信息技术发展迅速,这些改变给高校档案部门带来了新的思考,更给传统的高校档案服务工作方式带来了一定的挑战。为了满足这个新时代下档案服务工作的需要,本文分析了高校档案服务面临的挑战和存在的问题,提出了高校档案服务信息化建设的措施,促使档案服务工作更好地服务于学校,服务社会。

In the evolution of the IT era to the DT era, information technologies such as the Internet of Things, mobile Internet, and cloud computing have developed rapidly. These changes have brought new thinking to the university archives depamnent, and brought some challenges to the traditional file services in colleges and universities. In order to meet the needs of archival service work in this new era, this paper analyzes the challenges and existing problems faced by college archives services, puts forward the measures for college archives services＇ informatization construction, and promotes the archives service work to better serve the schools and serve the society.
