摘要
思想政治教育在高校人才培养中起保证方向和保持动力的作用。研究选择了江西南昌3所高校进行调查,结果发现:在教育教学过程中,思政课教师重理论知识,轻情感教育;专业课教师重专业教育,忽视价值引领;辅导员重日常事务工作,偏离核心职责。基于此,从教育自觉的视角提出改进思想政治教育的路径:思政课教师要追求知识传授与价值引领相结合,专业课教师要追求专业课程和思政课程同向而行,辅导员要追求教育自觉与日常工作相结合。
Ideological and political education plays a decisive role in ensuring the orientation and maintaining motivation of euhivating qualified talents. Three colleges in Nanehang were selected for research and the results were found that ideological and political teachers attach more importance to theoretical knowledge than to emotional education; professional teachers attach importance to education while they ignore their value guidance to students; counselors focus on routine work and deviate from core responsibilities. Guided by the theory, of educational consciousness, the ways to improve were put forward: pursuing the combination of knowledge - transference and value guidance, of professional courses and ideological and political courses, and of consciousness with daily work.
