摘要
本文拟以提高教师口语训练课堂效率为导向,设计"导练、仿练、演练"——"三练"式的"教师语言"训练的课堂模式,并对"三练"模式的实施方法和实践个案做了阐述和分析。文中关于"教师语言"实践课程的机制、规律、内容的探寻,对其课堂训练模式实施方法、学习方式、流程改造等方面的改革与优化,对教师专业成长、学生素质发展的引领与帮助,对教师口语授课、师范生口语能力的打造与提升,都具有超前性、创新性与实效性应用价值。
This paper intends to improve the classroom efficiency of teachers' oral training, and design a classroom model of "guidance, simulation, and drill three - practice" - style "teacher' s language" training, and implement the "three - practice" model. Methods and practice cases are elaborated and analyzed.
