摘要
目的应用MoCA(蒙特利尔认知评估)量表中文版分析视频脑电图对癫痫患者认知功能的影响。方法按入组与排除标准,选取2015年5月至2016年8月到昆明医科大学第一附属医院行VEEG(视频脑电图)检查的120例癫痫患者,对每一位患者进行MoCA量表各项内容测评,得出各项评分,计算出总分评估患者的认知功能。再对每一位患者进行VEEG监测。按其结果将患者分为VEEG正常组、癫痫样放电组及非癫痫样放电组(包括α波基础频率减慢、阵发性慢波),采用SPSS软件分析,通过χ2检验比较3组间认知障碍构成比的异同。结果VEEG正常组、癫痫样放电组、非癫痫样放电组(α波基础频率减慢、阵发性慢波)3组间认知障碍差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频脑电图呈癫痫样放电、α波基础频率减慢及阵发性慢波均对癫痫患者的认知功有损害。
Objective To use the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Chinese version) to study VEEG 's influence on the cognition of patients with epilepsy. Methods According to the selection and exclusion criteria,120 epileptic patients were selected from May 2015 to August 2016 in the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical university. The patients' cognitive function were evaluated by obtaining each item score of MoCA scale and calculating the total score. The patients were then monitored by VEEG lasting 1-24 h,and divided into three groups based on VEEG results, such as normal VEEG group, epilepsy discharge group and non epilepsy discharge group(including α-wave basic frequency slow down and paroxysmal slow wave). SPSS statistical software were used to analyze the data. The three groups were analyzed using chi-square test to find the statistical differences in cognitive dysfunction ratio and to analyze the relationship between diagnosis of epileptic patients and VEEG. Results Chi-square test showed that there were statistical differences among normal VEEG group, epileptiform discharge group and non epileptiform discharge group(α-wave basic frequency slow down, paroxysmal slow wave), P〈0.05.Conclusions VEEG with epileptiform discharge,α-wave basic frequency slow down and paroxysmal slow wave can impair the cognition of patients with epilepsy.
