摘要 目的探讨支架式教学法在病理生理学教学中的可行性及应用效果。方法选取昆明医科大学2014级继续教育学院校外教学点本科班学生作为研究对象,在病理生理学部分章节中引入支架式教学模式,通过问卷调查和考试成绩分析评价教学效果。结果问卷调查显示,支架式教学法可增加学生的学习兴趣、提高其自主学习能力和综合素质;考试成绩分析表明,实验组学生判断题和病案分析题的成绩优于对照组(P<0.05),总成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论支架式教学的效果优于传统教学方式,其对提高病理生理学教学质量和效率、促进高素质医学人才的培养具有重要意义,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the feasibility and the effect of application of the scaffolding instruction method in teaching of pathophysiology. Methods The students of two undergraduate classes in grade 2014 enrolled in adult education in our college were selected as the research objects and the scaffolding instruction model in teaching of some chapters of pathophysiology course was practiced. Questionnaires and analysis of examination scores were conducted to evaluate the teaching effect. Results The results of questionnaires showed that the scaffolding instruction method increased the students' interests in learning of pathophysiology, moreover their self-learning ability and comprehensive quality were improved. The analysis of examination showed that the scores in the questions of judgment and case analysis increased significantly in the experimental group. Compared with the control group, the total score of examination was also improved in the experimental group.Conclusions The scaffolding instruction is better than the traditional teaching methods, which is of great significance to improve the teaching quality and efficiency in pathophysiology and to promote the cultivation of medical talents with high quality. This teaching method is worthy of being generalized.
