团队资源管理模式应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者缩短DNT的作用

An Analysis of Effect of Team Resource Management Model on Shortening DNT in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的探究团队资源管理模式应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者中对缩短DNT的效果。方法选取常州市金坛区人民医院2017年5月至2018年5月收治的行常规救护模式的急性缺血性脑卒中患者87例作为对照组,另选取同期收治的行团队资源管理模式的急性缺血性脑卒中患者87例作为观察组。对比2组DNT时间、出院时日常生活能力及护理满意度。结果观察组就诊-CT检查时间、CT检查-用药时间及DNT总时间均短于的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出院时Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团队资源管理模式应用于急性缺血性脑卒中患者救护可有效缩短DNT时间,同时改善其日常生活能力,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of the team resource management model in shortening DNT in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Eighty-seven patients with acute ischemic stroke treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the control group and 86 patients with acute ischemic stroke in resource management mode were treated as the observation group. DNT time,ability of daily living at the time of discharge and nursing satisfaction in the the two groups were compared. Results CT examination time,CT examination-administration time and DNT total time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P〈0.05）; the Barthel index at discharge in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）; The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of the team resource management model in the rescue of patients with acute ischemic stroke can effectively shorten DNT time,improve their daily life skills,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
