肠道菌群与心脏疾病相关性的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 肠道菌群被喻为人体的"微生物器官",参与、辅助宿主能量代谢,调节先天与获得性免疫,构成人体肠道的生物学屏障,近年来随着高通量测序技术、微生物环境基因组学、生物信息学等先进技术的广泛应用,使得肠道菌群与疾病的相关性研究不断发展,其在肠道疾病和肠外疾病中的作用也逐渐显现。其中,肠道菌群与心脏疾病的关系也得到了较多学者的关注。就目前肠道微生物菌群与心脏疾病的相关性的研究进展进行综述。 The gut microbiota has been hailed as the "human microbial organ", participate in the host andauxiliaryenergy metabolism,regulate innate and acquired immunity,is a biological barrier in human intestinaltract, in recent years,with the wide aPlication of high-throughput sequencing technology, macro environmentalgenomics, bioinformatics and otheradvanced technology, makes the study of relationship betweenintestinalmicroflora and the development of the disease,intestinal diseases and extraintestinal diseases functiongradually.Among them,the relationship between gut microbiota and heart diseases has also been paid attention by manyscholars.This article reviews the recent progress in the study of the relationship between intestinal microflora andheart diseases.
