中老年缺血性脑卒中患者颈部血管彩色多普勒超声检查的临床价值 被引量:6

摘要 缺血性脑卒中发病率高,占脑卒中类型的60%-80%[1],其起病快、病死率高、致残率高[2]。缺血性脑卒中的发生与颈动脉狭窄密切相关[3]。有研究显示颈部血管彩色多普勒超声检查对颈部血管狭窄和斑块诊断正确率高[4]。因此,本次研究回顾性分析120例缺血性脑卒中患者的颈部血管彩超检查资料,旨在了解颈部血管彩超在缺血性脑卒中的临床价值。现报道如下。
