疼痛护理管理模式对急诊创伤骨科患者疼痛控制和满意度的影响

Effect of Pain Management Model on Pain Control and Satisfaction in Emergency Trauma Orthopedic Patients

目的探究疼痛护理管理模式对急诊创伤骨科患者疼痛控制和满意度的影响。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月期间该院收治的88例创伤骨科患者作为该次研究对象。按照就诊的先后顺序分为对照组(常规护理模式)和观察组(疼痛护理管理模式),每组为44例,观察及比较两组创伤骨科患者经护理干预后的疼痛控制以及护理满意度情况。结果观察组创伤骨科患者经护理干预后的总疼痛度为3例(6.81%),显著优于对照组患者的总疼痛度为10例(22.82%),两组进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创伤骨科患者的临床总护理满意度为43例(97.27%),显著高于对照组患者的临床总护理满意度为38例(86.36%),组间进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施疼痛护理管理护理模式对急诊创伤骨科患者,可有效改善患者疼痛程度,同时提高了护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of pain management model on pain control and satisfaction in emergency trauma orthopedic patients. Methods 88 patients with traumatic orthopedics admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. According to the order of treatment, it was divided into control group （conventional nursing mode） and observation group （pain nursing management mode）. Each group was divided into 44 cases. The paincontrol and nursing satisfaction after nursing intervention were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total pain degree of the traumatic orthopedic patients in the observation group was 3 cases （6.81%）, which was significantly better than that of the control group 10 cases（22.82%）. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The clinical total nursing satisfaction of the traumatic orthopedic patients in the observation group was 43 cases （97.27%）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 38 cases（86.36%）. The differences between the groups were significant, was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of pain management and nursing loss can improve the pain level of patients in emergency trauma orthopedics, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
