Nursing Management Measures and Effects of Plastic Surgery Centers in General Hospitals

目的探究综合性医院整形美容中心的护理管理措施及成效。方法 2017年5月—2018年5月期间该院整形美容中心施行的针对性护理管理措施,将其作为探究组,回顾2016年4月—2017年4月期间该院整形美容中心施行基本护理管理,并将其作为参照组,以探讨综合性医院整形美容中心的护理管理措施及成效。结果探究组的护理满意度、护理差错意外发生率等都与参照组有差异,同时探究组的护理人员技能评分、患者焦虑等都与参照组相比有明显区别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于综合性医院的整形美容中心,护理管理措施的合理有效能够帮助日常工作的有序进行,减少差错率,提高护理人员技能,给予患者更好的就诊体验。

Objective To explore the nursing management measures and effects of general hospital plastic surgery center.Methods The targeted nursing management measures implemented by the Plastic Surgery Center of the hospital from May 2017 to May 2018,use it as an inquiry group, and to review the basic nursing management of the plastic surgmT center of the hospital from April 2016 to April 2017, and use it as a reference group to explore the nursing management measures and effectiveness of the general hospital plastic surgmT center. Results The nursing satisfaction and the accidental accident rate of the inquiry group were different from those of the reference group. At the same time, the nursing staff＇s skill score and patient anxiety in the inquiry group were significantly different from the reference group. The differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the plastic surgery center of general hospitals, the reasonable and effective nursing management measures can help the orderly work of daily work, reduce the error rate, improve the skills of nursing
