住院医师规范化培训在我国各省份地区已经全面普及开展,旨在通过系统化、规范化的临床能力培训,使得"医学生"向1名真正的"医生"成长。这一制度的推广对我国医学教育改革及医疗水平的提高具有重要意义。美国的住院医师培养制度已有近百年的历史,通过数十年的积累实践,已形成完整的、系统化、规范化的培养体系。该文旨在通过中美两国住院医师培训制度体系差异的对比和分析,总结中美两国住院医师培训体系各自的特点与优势。

Resident standardized training has been widely carried out in various provinces of China. It aims to make ＂medical students＂ grow to a real ＂doctor＂ through systematic and standardized clinical ability training. The promotion of this system is of great significance to the reform of medical education and the improvement of medical level in China. The resident doctor training system in the United States has a history of nearly one hundred years. Through decades of accumulation and practice, a complete, systematic and standardized training system has been formed. This paper aims to summarize the characteristics and advantages of the Chinese and American resident doctor training systems by comparing and analyzing the differences between the two countries.
