交联聚维酮粒度对腹可安分散片质量的影响研究

Effect of Cross-linked Povidone Particle Size on the Quality of Abalone Dispersible Tablets

目的根据国家批准处方通过选用不同粒度的交联聚维酮作崩解剂,分析其对腹可安分散片质量的影响。方法通过使用不同粒度的交联聚维酮制成腹可安分散片片A、片B、片C、片D,以分散片的硬度和分散均匀性为考察指标,对所制的分散片质量进行研究。结果只有片D硬度和分散均匀性均符合要求。结论交联聚维酮粒度DN90为100～120μm,DN50为30～40μm有利于提高分散片的质量,使腹可安分散片的优点得予充分体现。

Objective To analyze the effect of different size crospovidones on disintegrating agents on the quality of abalone dispersible tablets according to the national approved prescription. Methods The flavonoids A, B, C and D were prepared by using crospovidones of different particle sizes. The hardness and dispersion uniformity of the dispersible tablets were taken as indicators to determine the quality of the dispersible tablets and were researched. Results Only the flavonoids D hardness and dispersion uniformity met the requirements. Conclusion The cross-linked povidone has a particle size of DN90 of 100-120μm and a DN50 of 30-40μm, which is beneficial to improve the quality of the dispersible tablets, and the advantages of the abalone dispersible tablets are fully reflected.
