护理风险管理在手术室中的应用效果评价

Evaluation of Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Operating Room

目的探讨护理风险管理在手术室中的应用价值。方法选择2016年1—12月作为对照组,2017年1—12月作为对照组,对照组给予常规手术室管理,观察组进行护理风险管理:设立手术室风险管理小组、完善手术室管理制度、增强手术室职业意识做好业务培训、加强手术室基础护理管理、定期对手术室风险管理效果进行监督。结果选择2016年及2017年各100例手术患者及全部手术室护理人员,观察组护理人员护理安全知识评分(95.61±3.04)分、护理满意评分(97.28±1.18)分高于对照组的(88.22±7.57)分、(92.28±2.75)分(t=4.37、3.23,P<0.05);护理风险发生率1.00%低于对照组的9.00%(P<0.05)。结论将风险意识应用到手术室护理管理工作中,可取得较好的应用效果,具有一定的推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the application value of nursing risk management in the operating room. Methods From January to December 2016, the control group was selected, from January to December 2017, the observation group was selected. The control group was given routine operating room management, and the observation group was managed risk management： the operation room risk management team was established. Improve the operating room management system, enhance the occupational awareness of the operating room, do business training, strengthen the basic nursing management of the operating room, and regularly supervise the effect of operating room risk management. Results In each of the 100 surgical patients and all operating room nursing staff in 2016 and 2017,the nursing staff safety knowledge score （95.61±3.04）points and nursing satisfaction score （97.28±1.18）points in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （88.22±7.57）points, （92.28±2.75）points （t=4.37, 3.23,P〈0.05）; the incidence of nursing risk was 1.00% lower than 9.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The risk awareness was applied to the operation management of the operating room. It can achieve better application results and has certain promotion and application value.
