This paper analyzes the current development status of China＇s food safety rapid monitoring technology and puts forward relevant suggestions.Unsafe foods not only pose a threat to the health of consumers, but also adversely affect the degree of trust in food safety in China. These food safety issues have always been a serious obstacle to the construction of a harmonious society in China. In order to solve these problems, food should be quickly and accurately tested. Therefore, food safety rapid detection technology has gradually become the focus and attention of all aspects of the current society, and needs to be effectively discussed.
