新时代高等教育供给侧改革的路径透视

内涵式发展是高等教育追求的永恒主题,也是党和人民对高等教育的殷切期盼。随着中国特色社会主义新时代的到来,社会主要矛盾发生了重大转化,人民群众对公平而有质量的高等教育需求日益增长,这与当下高等教育发展的不平衡、不充分之间形成了鲜明对比。要缓解这一矛盾,处于主要供给方的高校无疑要担负起这一历史使命,结合新时代特点,进行供给侧改革。当下高等教育供给侧主要面临结构性调整和质量提升问题,从政府、社会及高校几个维度进行路径透视,有助于更好地推进高等教育供给侧改革,提高内涵建设质量。

Connotative development is the eternal theme pursued by higher education, as well as the expectation of the Party and the people for higher education. As the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics comes, the principal contradiction of socialism also changes significantly. The demands of people for fair and high-quality higher education grow increasingly, which is in stark contrast with the unbalance and inadequacy of current development of higher education. To relieve the contradiction, universities on the main supply side have no doubt to undertake such historical mission and carry out the supply side reform according to the features of new era. At present, the supply side of higher education mainly faces the problems of structural adjustment and quality improvement. Therefore, the perspective of path from several dimensions of government, social and universities is conductive to promoting supply side reform of higher education and improving the quality of connotative development better.
