摘要
供冷能力是影响毛细管网辐射空调系统应用的重要因素,开展其优化研究具有重要工程指导意义。本文建立了毛细管网传热模型,结合工程实际,梳理了其供冷能力影响因素并量化分析了影响效果。研究表明,降低供水设计温度对提升毛细管网供冷能力效果显著,而加大抹灰厚度有助于提升辐射面温度均匀性。在实际工程项目中,建议适当加大抹灰厚度,合理降低供水设计温度,达到既有效提升毛细管网供冷能力,又降低抹灰工艺质量控制难度的工程目标。
As an important factor in the application of the capillary network radiation system, it is of great signifcance to car-ry out the optimization study on cooling capacity . In this paper, a heat transfer model of capillary network is established, and the infuence factors of the cooling capacity are combed and analyzed combining with the engineering practice. The research shows that the effect of reducing the design temperature of water supply on the cooling capacity of capillary network is signif-icant, and the thickness of plastering helps to improve the temperature uniformity of the radiant surface. In actual engineering projects, it is suggested that the thickness of plastering should be increased properly, and the design temperature of water sup-ply can be reduced reasonably, so as to achieve the engineering goal of effectively improving the cooling capacity of capillary network and reducing the diffculty of quality control of plastering process.
