摘要
外墙保温涂饰系统一方面解决建筑节能降耗的问题,另一方面还应满足美观、安全和耐久使用等要求。被动式超低能耗超厚外保温涂饰系统,将传统的粗放型施工向精细化转变,在提高建筑整体保温和气密性的同时,一并解决建筑外墙开裂、渗水、耐久使用等问题。本文提出外保温涂饰应该系统化设计施工,由专业公司采购或生产相互匹配的系统材料,并施工整个外保温涂饰系统。本文可为超低能耗建筑外保温涂饰材料的选择、产品的应用和建筑节能的设计、施工提供借鉴。
The external wall insulation coating system not only solves the problem of energy saving and consumption reduction of buildings, but also meet the requirements of aesthetics, safety and durability. Passive ultra-low-energy and ultra-thick external thermal insulation fnishing system transforms the traditional extensive construction into intensive engineering, and solves the problems of cracking, water seepage and durable use of the external wall of the building while improving the overall insulation and air tightness of the building. This paper proposes that the external thermal insulation coating should be systematically designed and constructed. The professional company purchases or produces matching system materials and constructs the entire external thermal insulation coating system. This paper can provide reference for the selection of ultra-low-energy exterior insulation coating materials, the application of products and the design and construction of building EE.
