摘要
首先介绍了柔性输电领域的高压大容量半导体阀设备及其应用,分析并研究了功率器件技术,半导体阀拓扑结构,以及如何通过多物理场仿真分析和校核半导体阀设备的设计。然后,对比研究具有工程实用价值的几种阀设备拓扑,控制设计和试验技术。最后,结合国内一些工程应用的实施经验,指出其当前存在的问题和今后研究的方向。
High-voltage large-capacity semiconductor valves used in flexible transmission are introduced. This paper analyzes and investigates power device technology, semiconductor topology; based on multiphysics simulation, the design and analysis method for semiconductor valves is discussed. Besides, several topologies, control design and test technology of valves with practical engineering value are compared and studied. Finally,the paper proposes some existing problems and future research direction based on the implementation of some engineering applications.
