青年军人疲劳预警指标与测评量表的研究

Fatigue Early-warning Index and Assessment Scale for the Young Soldiers

目的确立青年军人疲劳预警指标及其测评量表。方法本研究通过探索性因素分析以及项目分析和信度、效度检验方法,对抽取的3911名青年军人疲劳状况进行分析,验证青年军人疲劳预警指标与测评量表的合理性。结果通过探索性因子分析,最终形成了包含心理疲劳(4个条目)和生理疲劳(4个条目),2个维度8个条目的青年军人疲劳预警指标与量表。结论青年军人疲劳预警指标与测评量表的信度和效度均符合心理测量学的要求,适用于青年军人疲劳的测量和评价。

Objective To establish the early - warning index system and to revise the assessment scale of fatigue for the young soldiers. Methods The fatigue condition investigation in 3911 selected young soldiers was studied through Exploratory Factor Analysis and reliability and validity test, and the rationality of the early - warning index and the revised assessment scale were verified. Results The final early -warning system and assessment scale were composed of 8 items （4 items of mental fatigue and 4 items of physical fatigue） for 2 dimensions. Conclusions The reliability and validity of the early - warning index and the revised assessment scale conform well to the requirement of psychometrics ; it can be applied in measuring and evaluating the fatigue of the young soldiers.
