摘要 绿色化和精细化管理是当今大学化学实验改革和发展的必然趋势。针对物理化学"二元液系相图"实验过程中存在学生完成质量差、耗时长、试剂消耗量大等问题,提出一种"等量移出添加法"的溶液添加改进方案。该方案的采用将大大减少化学试剂消耗量,尤其减少环己烷的消耗量,降低了实验成本和对环境污染的可能性,也减轻了实验员的准备工作量,同时缩短了实验操作时间,保证了学生顺利完成实验,显著提高了学生完成实验的质量及实验结果的准确度和重复性。 Green and fine management is the inevitable trend of reform and development of universitychemistry experiment. Against the existing problems such as students’ poor experimental results, time consuming, and high reagent consumption in the physical chemistry experiment of gas-liquid equilibrium phase diagram with binary liquid system, an improved method for solution preparation named “equivalent-removal-adding method” is proposed. The application of this method will lower the usage amount of chemical reagents greatly (especially the usage amount of cyclohexane) which results in thelower cost and less possibility of environmental pollution, and the preparation workload for laboratory technician. The improvement of experiment will also shorten the operational time, which will guarantee the students to finish the experiment smoothly. The experimental results and accuracy and repeatability of experiment are also improved significantly.
