摘要
探索采用水晶滴胶(环氧树脂)制作昆虫、植物标本。以昆虫标本的制作为例,详细介绍了利用水晶滴胶制作标本的方法。采用对照实验的方法,探究了温度对滴胶固化的影响,并对不同材质滴胶进行了对比实验。结果表明,普通滴胶40℃、快干滴胶50℃环境下固化效果最好,且快干滴胶相比普通滴胶固化时间更短,成品效果更好。对两种滴胶的基本情况进行了进一步的探索,为标本制作选取滴胶材料提供了理论依据和数据参考。
The research explores the use of the epoxy to make the insect and plant specimens. Taking the making of insect specimens as an example, the method of making specimens by using epoxy was introduced in detail. In this paper, the effect of temperature on the solidification of epoxy was studied by control experiment, and the contrast experiment of epoxy of different materials was carried out. The results showed that the best curing effect was achieved under 40℃ for the ordinary epoxy and 50℃ for fast-drying epoxy, respectively. The fast-curing time of fast-drying epoxy is shorter compared to the ordinary epoxy, and the finished product was also better. In order to provide theoretical basis and reference for material selection, the two kinds of epoxy is further explored by experiments.
