摘要 "材料成型综合实验"是材料成型及控制工程专业开设的一门专业实验课程。分析了该课程实验教学过程中存在的问题与不足,根据实验教学计划和要求,提出了实验教学改革新思路,形成"材料成型工艺—材料组织与结构—材料性能"系统性、层次化的实验项目体系;结合大学生双创计划和工程实际问题设立开放性实验题目,鼓励学生主动思考,灵活运用所学理论知识解决实际问题;学生自选实验题目、自主设计实验方案以及灵活安排实验时间,充分发挥学生的主体作用。 The comprehensive material forming experiments is a professional experimental course in material shaping and control engineering specialty. This paper summarizes the problems and shortcomings existed in experimental teaching. According to the experimental teaching plan and requirements, it put forward some thoughts for experimental teaching. It aims to form “material molding process - material organization and structure - material properties” systematic, hierarchical experimental project system by optimizing the experimental projects. Combined with Innovative Entrepreneurship Program for College Students and engineering practical issues, it establishes open experimental topics, encouraging students to take the initiative to think and to solve practical problems through the flexible use of the theoretical knowledge. Students can choose experimental topics, design their own experimental programs and perform experiments at a flexible time, and to give full play to the main role of students.
