结合江苏省厌氧生物技术重点实验室特点,总结实验室存在的一些安全问题,分析其主要原因,并根据实验室运行的实际情况,从提高安全意识、健全管理制度、加大安全投入和增加人员配置提高管理水平四个方面简述实验室在安全管理方面进行的探索及实践,为实验室安全、高效、稳定运行提供有力保障,为师生提供良好的教学、科研工作环境。

In this paper, combining with the characteristics of Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Anaerobic Biotechnology and summarizes some security problems and the main reasons of the laboratory. According to the actual situation of lab operation, from the safety awareness, perfect management system, in？crease the safety investment, and increased staffing to improve management level, briefly the exploration and practice of safety management for laboratory safety. Provide a strong guarantee in the laboratory safe, efficient and stable operation, for teachers and students to provide a good working environment in teaching and scientific research.
