Reflection on Combat and Prevention Strategy against Property Theft on the Train in the Current Situation

盗窃旅客财物犯罪一直是铁路辖区的主要犯罪类型,是铁路公安机关打击的重中之重。随着社会经济的发展,人、财、物的社会流动性呈现常态化,随之而来的是犯罪日趋职业化、智能化,流窜作案、结伙作案、地域性职业犯罪特征更加明显。铁路公安机关应加快情报研判的专业化建设,强化刑事技术队伍的专业化建设,提高打击盗窃旅客财物犯罪的专业化水平。

Theft of passengers' property is a major type of crimes in railroad jurisdiction, as well as the key work for railway police agency. However, with the development of social economy, the mobility of people,capital and property becomes more and more frequent, and the features of crimes are tending to professionalism,intelligence, trans-borders, gangs and localism. Confronted with such a situation, railway police agency should accelerate the professional construction of intelligence analysis, reinforce the power in combating against the crime and strengthen the force of criminal technology.
