环行铁道高铁快运物流基地发展研究

A Study on the Development Strategies of Logistics Parks along China's Belt High-Speed Railway

随着我国高铁快运需求的不断增长,亟需建设具有先进技术装备和较高信息化水平,可满足高铁快运发展的高铁快运物流基地。在阐述环行铁道基本情况和周边交通状况的基础上,对环行铁道高铁快运物流基地进行SWOT分析,进而提出基地的发展目标和发展定位,即基地应具备列车接发、装卸搬运、仓储、分拣、包装、城市配送、信息处理等物流功能,最后提出高铁快运快件整体发运流程和基地总体业务流程。该研究探索了高铁快运物流基地可行的发展方式,为我国高铁快运物流基地的建设和发展提供借鉴。

It is necessary to build High-Speed Railway（HSR） express logistics parks with the cuttingedge equipment and information technology to meet China＇s increasing demand for HSR express. Based on a profile of the belt railway and its traffic conditions, this paper puts forward the logistics parks＇ development goals and orientation with the SWOT analysis： the logistics parks should function as receiving and dispatching trains, loading and unloading goods, moving and storing goods, sorting out and packaging goods, city delivery and information processing. The paper concludes with the overall shipping procedures of HSR express delivery and the work flow of the logistics parks, which are expected to serve as reference points for the construction and development of China＇s HSR express logistics parks by providing a feasible development pattern of HSR express logistics parks in China.
