城镇化背景下乡村教师知识分子身份的式微与重构 被引量:27

Study on the Decline and Reconstruction of Rural Teachers' Intellectual Identities under the Background of Urbanization

摘要 乡村教师的知识分子身份主要表现为专业性基础之上的公共性发挥。我国乡村教师的知识分子身份经历了历史变迁,在当前城镇化背景下日渐式微。其现实表征与原因主要有:由于时间精力的匮乏与空间距离的疏离,乡村教师极少参与乡村公共事务;由于社会距离的疏离,中青年一代乡村教师普遍对乡村情感淡漠;乡村民众文化水平提高等因素致使乡村教师失去了文化资本优势。面对诸多困难,乡村教师知识分子身份重构的可能路径为:守护乡村教育的公共性,扩展家校合作关系,传承、创生乡村文化。 The intellectual identities of rural teachers are mainly manifested as the publicity on the basis of professionalism. The intellectual identities of rural teachers in China have undergone historical changes, but it is gradually declining in the context of current urbanization. There are three kinds of actual representation and several reasons: due to the lack of time and the alienation of spatial distance, rural teachers rarely participate in public affairs in rural areas; due to the alienation of social distance, the young and middle-aged rural teachers are generally indifferent to rural areas; rural teachers have lost their cultural capital advantages because of the rise of rural people's cultural level and other factors.In the face of many difficulties, the possible paths of rural teachers' intellectual identity reconstruction are: guarding the public nature of rural education, extending family-school cooperation, inheriting and creating rural culture.
