基于运行数据的PHEV关键零部件效率分析

摘要 为了利用从某款插电式混合动力汽车所采集的运行数据对驱动电机和动力电池进行效率分析,提出一种基于时序关联和划分的分析方法。先对数据进行分类、筛选、过滤与整合,然后提出驱动电机和动力电池的效率计算方法并绘制实际效率分布图。考察实际运行过程中驱动电机和动力电池常用工作区域的分布情况以及每个工作区域的平均效率,最终根据常用工作区域与其高效区的匹配程度来分析驱动电机和动力电池的实际效率。依据此方法对某批次真实的PHEV运行数据进行分析得出:驱动电机和动力电池的高效区在实际运行中未被充分利用,在驱动电机和动力电池的选型与控制策略制订过程中需尽量使其常用工作区域覆盖高效区。 In order to analyze the efficiency of traction motors and power batteries by using the operational data collected from a PHEV, a method based on time series correlation and partition is proposed. The data is segmented, classified, screened, filtered and integrated, then the efficiency calculation methods of the traction motors and power batteries are proposed and the actual efficiency distribution map is drawn. After that, the distribution of the common working area and the average efficiency of each working area in actual operation are researched. Finally, the matching degree of the common working area and efficient area was used to analyze the actual efficiency of the traction motor and power battery. At the end of this paper, a batch of PHEV operational data was analyzed based on this method, and it was concluded that the high efficiency areas of the traction motor and the power battery are not utilized adequately in the actual operation. It is necessary to cover the high efficiency area with the common working area as far as possible in the process of components selection andcontrol strategy formulation.
