伊拉克和阿富汗战争中美军的革新性战救举措

Innovative measures of the US army for combat casualty care in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom

现代战争高新武器多、致伤因素复杂、杀伤力大，给战伤救治带来了极大挑战。美军在历时10余年的伊拉克和阿富汗战争中，陆续出台了诸多革新性战救举措，战伤救治得到了发展。诸如革新技术、新型药品器材装备和促进战救业绩提升的系列机制等，这些举措显著降低了战伤死亡率。我军可在分析论证基础上选择性吸收和转换美军成熟战救经验，进行相关的装备配备和技术储备；整合研究领域优势资源，合力解决战场上可能遇到的各种问题；融人实战化训练大背景，强化战救技能培训效能。

The high-tech weapons, complex injury factors and mass destruction in modem warfare pose great challenges for combat casualty care. During Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom that lasted more than 10 years, many innovative measures had been developed and contributed substantially to the evolution of combat casualty care of the U.S. Army. These measures, including innovative techniques, new medicines and equipment, and new mechanisms for improving the casualty care quality, had significantly reduced the total case fatality rate. By analyzing the advantages of these measures, the Chinese army can selectively utilize the experiences of the U. S Army for combat casualty care and develop relevant technologies, equipment, and facilities. Efforts should be made to integrate the advantageous resources in different fields of research and provide solutions for potential problems that might be encountered in the combat setting. Combat-oriented training of the military medical personnel should be strengthened to enhance the efficiency of combat casualty care.
