摘要
为解决卷烟厂工艺空调混风段板式过滤器过滤效果差、使用寿命短、清洗时间长等问题,采用不锈钢纳米纤维技术对过滤器的材料和结构等进行了改进,滤材表面的疏水疏油纳米涂层可以减小粉尘、油雾等与纤维之间的黏附力,用清水冲洗即可实现过滤器清灰、清油效果。现场选取两台工艺空调机组进行测试,结果表明:改进后表冷器的清洗次数由4次/季度减少至1.5次/季度,有效提高了过滤效果;过滤器使用周期延长近两倍,清洗时间缩短17.9 min/次;可节省过滤器更换费用约11万元/年,减少固体废弃物约2吨/年。该方法可为提高工艺空调机组运行稳定性提供支持。
In order to promote the filtration effect,prolong the working life and shorten the cleaning time of plate filter in air mixing section of industrial air conditioning in a cigarette factory,the material and structure of plate filter were modified with stainless steel nanofiber technology. The hydrophobic and oleophobic nano-coating on the surface of filter material can reduce the adhesion force of dust and oil to fiber,the filter could be cleaned by water. Two industrial air conditioning units were selected for on-site testing,the results showed that the cleaning frequency of surface coolers decreased from 4 to 1.5 times per season,and the filtration effect was improved effectively; the working life of the filter prolonged nearly twice longer,and the cleaning time shortened by 17.9 min. About 110 thousand RMB yuan could be saved per year,and the emission of solid waste reduced by about 2 ton/year. This method provides a support for promoting the running stability of industrial air conditioning system.
