剧烈塑性变形工艺加工镁合金的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 镁合金结构件主要是采用传统的铸造工艺生产,变形加工后的镁合金性能比铸造镁合金更优异,镁合金的变形工艺方法成为目前研究的重点。为此,本文分析了剧烈塑性变形工艺成形镁合金的技术原理,介绍了剧烈塑性变形工艺对镁合金显微组织、力学性能、晶界取向和织构取向的影响,总结了镁合金在剧烈塑性变形下晶粒细化的机理,并展望了剧烈塑性变形制备镁合金的未来发展方向和需要解决的问题。 Magnesium alloy structural parts are mainly produced by traditional casting process. The properties of the magnesium alloy after deformation and processing are better than that of cast magnesium alloy. The deformation process methods of the magnesium alloy have become the focus of the present research. In this paper, the technical principles of forming magnesium alloy by severe plastic deformation process were analyzed, and the effects of severe plastic deformation process on microstructure, mechanical properties, grain boundary orientation and texture orientation of the magnesium alloys were introduced, and the grain refinement mechanism of magnesium alloy under severe plastic deformation was summarized. The future development direction and problems to be solved in the preparation of magnesium alloy by severe plastic deformation are prospected.
