回火温度对15Cr12MoVN钢拉伸性能及断裂行为的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了15Cr12MoVN钢室温和高温拉伸性能与回火处理温度的关系,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等方法对其拉伸断口形貌和显微组织进行分析。结果表明:随回火温度由700℃增至780℃,15Cr12MoVN钢室温和高温拉伸强度逐渐降低,塑性改善;800℃回火处理引起二次硬化现象,730~780℃回火处理后钢的拉伸性能基本保持稳定,优于700℃和800℃回火处理;各回火温度下的拉伸断口均呈现韧窝型韧性断裂特征。综合考虑拉伸性能和冲击韧性的匹配,适宜于15Cr12MoVN钢的回火温度区间为730~765℃。 The relationship between tensile properties of 15 Cr12 MoVN steel at room and high temperature and tempering temperature was studied, and the tensile fracture morphology and microstructure of the 15 Cr12 MoVN steel were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that with the tempering temperature increasing from 700 ℃ to 780 ℃, the tensile strength of the 15 Cr12 MoVN steel decreases gradually and the plasticity improves. Secondary hardening of the steel occurs when tempering at 800 ℃, and the tensile properties of the steel after tempering at 730-780 ℃ remained stable, which is superior to that of the tempering treatment at 700 ℃ and 800 ℃. The tensile fracture of the steel at all tempering temperatures shows dimple type ductile fracture characteristics. Considering the matching of tensile properties and impact toughness, the tempering temperature range of the 15 Cr12 MoVN steel is 730-765 ℃.
