Risk assessment of pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits in Henan province in 2017

摘要 目的调查2017年河南省蔬菜和水果样本中杀菌剂类农药污染情况,并对其杀菌剂类农药残留进行风险评估。方法选择河南省所辖的11个地市作为监测点,采取各监测点分别采样,由杀菌剂类农药检测能力较强的实验室集中检测。检测仪器选用气相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱和液相色谱-三重四级杆串联质谱,运用食品安全指数法和风险系数进行检测评价。结果杀菌剂类农药在蔬菜和水果生产过程及储藏和运输过程中使用较普遍,所监测杀菌剂类农药品种大部分均有检出。抽查的蔬菜和水果样本中杀菌剂类农药残留,其安全指数均<1,杀菌剂类农药残留量对蔬菜和水果的食用安全没有影响。各个杀菌剂类农药的风险系数均为1.1,为低度风险。结论河南省蔬菜和水果样本安全性可以接受,居民可放心使用。 Objective To understand the contamination of pesticides in vegetables and fruits in Henan province in 2017 and to evaluate the risk of pesticide residues. Methods Vegetable and fruit samples were collected from 11 cities in Henan province and were sent to a core laboratory for pesticide residues detection using GCMS/MS and HPLC-MS/MS and the results were evaluated by food safety index for risk assessment. Results Pesticides were widely used during the cultivation,storage and transportation of vegetables and fruits,and most of the pesticide types were detected in vegetable and fruit samples with safety index of less than 1,indicating that vegetables and fruits were safe to consume.The risk coefficients of all detected pesticides were 1.1 which were low risk. Conclusions Vegetables and fruits in Henan are safe to eat even though there are detectable pesticide residues in them.
