摘要
45T混合磁体外部的超导磁体可以提供800mm室温孔径,同时提供11T的背景磁场,因此可以将管内电缆导体(CICC)测试装置整合进去进行导体测试实验。导体测试需要提供80kA的电流,所以设计了一个超导变压器。低温杜瓦给超导变压器和测试导体提供低温真空环境以及实验平台,杜瓦采用偏心结构以减小背景磁场对变压器的影响。变压器重量为400公斤,用G10材料制作的法兰吊装在盖板上,并进行了校核。对杜瓦的漏热进行了计算,为了减少电流引线漏热,对电流引线的优化进行了分析,采用了无氧铜电流引线和氦气冷冷却方式。
The superconducting outsert of the 45T hybrid magnet will produce an 11T field with a large room temperature bore of 800mm, can be also integrated into a test facility for Cable in Conduit Conductors (CICC). In order to provide a current of 80kA to the conductor, a superconducting transformer was designed. Cryogenic dewar provided low temperature vacuum environment and experimental platform for the superconducting transformer and test conductors. In order to reduce the influence of background magnetic field on transformer, the dewar was used eccentric structure. The transformer weight was 400 kilograms, which was hoisted on the cover plate by the flange made with G10 material. The heat leakage of dewar was calculated. In order to reduce the leakage of the current lead, the optimization of the current lead was analyzed, an oxygen - free copper current lead and helium cold cooling method were used.
